LOCAL BUSINESS RECEIVES NATIONAL RECOGNITION May 27th, 2019
First National Real Estate’s highest achievers were presented with national General Excellence and Marketing Awards
at Singapore’s Flower Dome on Friday night. The black-tie awards dinner brought national recognition to Australia’s top 2018 salespeople, property managers and administrators, and attracted more than 300 delegates from Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Hedland First National were top award winners, taking out an award in every category from residential to commercial, from property management to sales; a huge achievement when up against 400 offices across Australasia.
Sales agent Rick Hockey was listed No.3 agent at the national event, while Danielle Mariu was placed 9th
– the difference in commission between the second and 10th
spot was very minimal – overall this put the Hedland First National sales team in the fifth spot. Both Rick and Danielle have now been awarded a sales training trip by First National in San Francisco later this year.
Both the commercial and residential property management departments took out top honours and were awarded Departments of the Year and residential business development manager, Amy Doran won Business Development Manager of the Year for the second consecutive time on a national level.
Hedland First National Real Estate principal, Morag Lowe said this was simply a representation of the hard work the whole team put in on a daily basis and was proud how they had “risen from the ashes” after such a tough few years during the downturn.
“These results are indicative of the staff at Hedland First National – our ethos has always been to treat every customer and transaction at the highest possible level and this was rewarded on Friday night – nationally,” Ms Lowe said.
On the night, a total of 11 awards were won by Hedland First National individuals and departments with four team members attending the National Convention in Singapore during the week.
